What is BodyLab?
BodyLab is an online strength training platform designed to help you train with structure, consistency, and intention through guided workouts you can access anytime, anywhere.
Who is BodyLab for?
BodyLab is designed for all fitness levels looking for structured, effective workouts that fit into real life. Whether you're just getting started or looking to stay consistent with your training, the workouts are built to help you gain strength, confidence, and consistency over time.
What equipment do I need?
We recommend having:
A range of dumbbells for you (light, medium, and heavy)
A booty band
A workout mat
Weight selection will vary depending on your strength and fitness level.
How do I access the workouts?
Once subscribed, you’ll have full access to the BodyLab workout library through the app on mobile, tablet, or desktop.
What types of workouts are included?
BodyLab includes:
Body Blast: full body strength and conditioning workouts
Body Strong: strength-focused training using progressive sets and reps
Shorter targeted workouts and new training categories added over time
How long are the workouts?
Most workouts are approximately 45 minutes, with shorter targeted workouts continuing to be added to the platform.
Are the workouts beginner friendly?
Yes. The workouts are designed to be approachable while still challenging. You’re encouraged to work at your own pace and choose weights that feel right for your body and experience level.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. All workouts are designed to be completed from home with minimal equipment.
Can I use BodyLab on my phone or tablet?
Yes. BodyLab can be accessed on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Will new workouts be added?
Yes. BodyLab is an evolving platform with new workouts, training categories, and content being added regularly.
Is there a community aspect?
Yes. BodyLab includes a supportive community space designed to help members stay motivated, connected, and accountable.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. New members can start with a 3-day free trial to explore the platform and workouts before subscribing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime directly through your account settings.
What is the cancellation policy?
Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
Annual memberships are billed upfront and are non-refundable after purchase. Access remains active for the full annual term.
Do I participate at my own risk?
Yes. By participating in workouts through BodyLab, you acknowledge that exercise involves physical activity and participation is at your own risk. Please consult with a healthcare professional before beginning a new fitness program if needed.
