A range of dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy) so you can safely challenge yourself throughout each workout.
A lower-body resistance (booty) band for glute and leg exercises.
An optional lighter resistance band for upper-body movements.
A safe workout space where you can comfortably move and exercise.
