I’m honestly obsessed with these classes. Brooklyn is so motivating, and the small group size means she can really pay attention to everyone’s form. The programming is thoughtfully balanced — strength, cardio, and mobility — so you leave feeling strong and energized. There’s also something really special about working out alongside the other women in the studio; the smaller setting makes it feel supportive, fun and inspiring. I genuinely love these classes.
I have been loving the early morning virtual workouts. They are effective, fast paced and challenging and make it easy to fit it in a busy schedule. Brooklyn keeps the workouts fun and fresh. It’s the best way to start the day, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized through the day.
Training with Brooklyn has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness goals. Not only do I love my time with her, but having her hands on expertise has allowed me to stay consistent and work harder than I would on my own or in a group environment. Brooklyn is equal parts encouraging and tough - she brings her positive energy to each session and I feel that she is genuinely interested in seeing me succeed.
I can’t recommend Brooklyn enough as a trainer, accountability buddy and positive voice in the often toxic world of wellness. I’ve never been so committed to my workouts and feel stronger than I did in my twenties after two kids and a decade of barely-there fitness. I love that the workouts fly by, yet always leave me feeling that good kind of sore the next day. Brooklyn is encouraging and fun but also gets down to business and really makes every minute count while you’re there. I’ve always been an active person, trying everything from barre classes to personal training sessions, but nothing compares to this workout class. The first few were humbling, pushing me in ways I didn’t expect and reminding me of the power of community and accountability. I absolutely love that I can join the live virtual sessions or catch the recordings later when it fits my schedule. It makes maintaining my fitness so much more manageable! I can’t recommend this class enough!
Brooklyn is the best trainer I have ever worked with! In studio, on Zoom… it’s always the most innovative and challenging workout. The best way to start (or end) your day and you will feel amazing afterwards.

I was always into fitness prior to having kids but after having kids I lost the confidence. Brooklyn immediately made me feel comfortable and positive. She is professional but also very warm and welcoming at the same time. She is a powerful motivator and has a very special way of teaching you to push yourself, but also know your limits. Brooklyn has been such a positive influence in my life and I am so happy she has gotten me to place that I am, feeling like myself again and continuing to encourage me to achieve my goals. I am so grateful that she has introduced fitness back into my life and shown me how important it is and how it can change your perspective of everyday life when you are physically healthy and feeling good about yourself. I just turned 40 and am in the best shape of my life thanks to Brooklyn. I have always enjoyed fitness and have done it all but have never seen results like I have by doing Brooklyn's classes. She is more than just an instructor- she is aspirational, encouraging, and very motivational. I found her at a time where I wasn't feeling my greatest after having two kids and this boost I have received by working with her has translated to improved energy and confidence across all domains of my life. Her classes are fresh and engaging so I don't get bored and I have loved the virtual offerings she has added so I can workout in the mornings live and receive real-time coaching from home in case I can't make it into the studio. If I could give a higher review I would!
